I only visited the gardens and the bar located in the 19th-century Neo Mudéjar-style building and it's worth the visit.

Racist and supremacist hotel in the racist region of Catalonia. If you are part or a minority or have a normal sensibility about racism do NEVER visit this hotel or the region itself until they change.

A really old and historical place of catalonia. Very nice, and even it has not the best new services, its pretty good, clean and complet. People on service is really kind. Remember to reserve the spa services or can be full.

The parking lot is mud, soil and mud.
The receptionist changed my name althought i corrected him twice. The room had views to the vichy catalan factory. The room s furniture s cheap and old. Its all refurnished although keeps looking cheap and tasteless. As an example, on the walls, plastic chandeliers with light bulbs pretending to be candles. Or portraits of local celebrities..
The restaurant, well.. smallest portions ever, served cold too often.
We had the menu gastronomic were you r suposed to have several kinds of wine depending on the course.. just had the same from the very start. Not even a bottle, just a cup for each. Steak too cooked, didnt ask our preference and same knife for meat and fish.. im not picky, but if they think they r good enough to serve a "menu gastronomic", they r wrong.
They just failed in many aspects and it seems they even didnt care.
Balneary just worst than average gym s water facilities although its suposed to be the main atraction of the hotel.
Think they r just still alive cuz of they heritage.response / report this review -
