Excellent service and room quality and a very short distance to the Alhambra. Not within walking distance to the city centre so transport solutions will be required.

El hotel se encuentra a las afueras de Granada, pero hay una parada de bus muy cerca y se llega al centro en menos de 10 minutos. Dispone de párking por 5€ la noche, pero si das alguna vuelta puedes encontrar sitio por los alrededores.

Las habitaciones son sencillas y la que nos tocó bastante pequeña (sobretodo si vas con bebé y necesitas cuna), pero la cama es cómoda y dispone de aire acondicionado.

El desayuno cuesta 3,80€, pero no lo recomiendo. Por ejemplo, el zumo no es natural. Desayunarás mejor en el restaurante que hay detrás de la parada de bus. Ponen unas tostadas buenísimas y te saldrá más barato.

El trato que nos dieron en recepción fue muy bueno.

Recomiendo el hotel si dispones de un presupuesto bajo.

My wife and I loved this hotel. The room was clean and of a decent size. The front desk people were so helpful and patient with us that we can't thank them enough for it. Just a few yards away is a bar/cafetaria where the food is good, the bartender speaks excellent english, and is most helpful too. We even walked to the city center from here a couple of times. It took us 25 minutes to do so. I don't know what noise some poeple on other websites are complaining about, we had no such problems and we stayed on the ground floor. One person at the front desk speaks good English, but the others make a good effort to be as helpful as they possibly can too. We had an early morning flight, and the reception called us at the requested time to wake us up, and then called 10 minutes later to make sure we were up. When we came out of the room, a taxi was waiting for us to take us to the airport. During my stay, I accidentally cracked the plastic door to the shower , but they waived any penalties or fines. When I needed change for 2 hundred euro bills, the owner ran up to his residence and got it for me. There is nothing to dislike here. I wish all hotels in the world were run like this one.
