Great hotel the best 1st night sleep I have ever had in a hotel and I have stayed in a few . staff very polite and friendly going to try out suite next time so will be back 😊..

Un sitio cómodo y muy céntrico. No doy la nota máxima porque, aunque se ve muy nuevo, los acabados son nefastos; pegotes de silicona, etc el wc es claustrofóbico.

Money was stolen from our apartment.
The hotel was amazing however I went with a group of friends and during the day when the apartment was cleaned money went misssing from my friends purse.
We went to the reception to speak with them about this and they wouldn't accept that this had happened. Extremenly rude and arrogant about they whole situtation. Worst customer service. It's a shame because lovely place but they need to address the issue with stealing from customers. WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!
PS If you are going to visit this hotel make sure you do not leave any valuables lying around.response / report this review -

Very bad staff not providing anything asked
Charged my credit card when I left to buy a new Sofa because of some dirt!
Very noisy all night parties
