All the cakes look super yummy. We ordered the carrot cake and brownie. The former one was dry and crumbled when we tried to eat it. The cream cheese was good. The brownie was a tad too sweet but fudgey.

Service was slow - waited for over 30 minutes until asked for our order, additional 30 minutes for drinks.
We got chips in dirty plate, my fork was dirty too - never ever again.!

No recommendation, unless you want to know what bad service is like .

I just had lunch there, the service was ridiculously slow and chaotic, it took 3 people 20 minutes to cut a piece of quiche and tortilla for takeaway (even though the place was almost empty). The person serving our food was wipping off sweat with his hands then touching the food and never washed his hands of courseOn top of that, our orders were wrong and the portions were tiny! The 12 euro menu was barely worth 6. There are many great bakeries to choose from in Madrid, this one isn't worth the bother.

Horrible experience there were flies everywhere inside the shop and around the food area. The customer service is not good either, since they took forever to take the order and to bring the food to the table ( one by one with like a 10mins gap in between ). The food wasnt what we expected, my father asked for a York Ham and cheese toast the Bread was old and the ham wasnt york. It looked really nice on tv and thats why we went to try it, but i can tell u some we wont go back to that place any time soon. The price/quality doesnt even come close its pricey for the quality of food they serve.

Excellent place. Very attentive and efficient staff. Great food and speedy service. Great decor and feel. We were so pleased with our lunch that we came back later in the day for coffee and cake. Brill, yay, ole!
