The best view in town, period. This is definitely the place to be at sunset on a clear day, and you get the best lighting. The place itself is big, with loads of seating area, but I would recommend getting there early, around 4:30 if you want a chance to be seated, as it gets packed for sunset. The drinks are expensive however, which explains 4 stars. Music was decent, and good atmosphere. You can also just come up to take a few quick pictures, but why not indulge on a drink with it!

Can't really say anything about the expos and the rooms, since I only went there with some friends to the terrace. The terrace itself is a fantastic place for a drink (or 3) with an amazing view of the city. You get at least 270º of visibility over the downtown area and have a clear view of some of the city's landmarks. Great vibe and modern aesthetics. It's definitely worth a visit if you're staying for a few days in the city and want to relax drinking a cup of coffee with a view. Beware of the long line to go up.

We went to the rooftop bar here, called Tartan Roof. It was easy to find, and it only costs €4 to get up there. It's very worth it--the views are amazing, and it's very peaceful and relatively quiet. Make sure to make reservations, otherwise you will not get a table, and will not be able to order food. So beautiful.

Great view of Madrid’s skyline. It’s 4 euros to go all the way to the rooftop but drinks are priced like everywhere else around the area 4 for wine or beer and 10 for cocktails. We loved it here!

Fantastic terrace and quite often good exhibitions although having lived in Madrid for 8 years you can really see the prices shoot up. The terrace has definitely become a tourist trap and the bar staff may try and over charge you. Even speaking fluent Spanish I was overcharged 10 euros. After realising the real prices of drinks I confronted the barman and he had my 10 euro note aside from the bar and told me he was saving it for me. What a joke. Still one of the best views of Madrid so would recommend it to both tourists and locals - just be careful not to get ripped off.

It has an artistic and intellectual heritage. The paintings are of a quality you would see at a museum. It has a special aura. Definitely recommend it.

The terrace is on the 7th floor. You have to pay the entrance, but it is worth every penny. The view is amazing. You can see the whole city from up there. It is especially beautiful on sunny days and at dusk.

You must visit! Although you have to pay to get to the roof and the bar itself is overpriced (a Sprite was 4 euros), the spectacular views are entirely worth it. You can overlook the entirety of Madrid and there's no denying that it's pretty extraordinary.

Go early you won't have to wait. Wonderful view and 4£ charge to go to the 7th floor. Cafe was small and limited option however you don't need to buy anything to look at the view.

Rooftop bar with spectacular views of the city. Cost was 5 euros (during winter) for roof access and for exhibitions in the space. At 55F we were surprised to be comfortable with light jackets. Drinks were fairly priced and they accept cards here. Must see in Madrid.
