Had a great stay here. Room nice and clean, loved the balcony looking over the pool. Went in late September so was never too busy by the pool or at the breakfast buffet. All the staff we spoke to were friendly and professional. Would definitely return.

Stayed here for a week. Lovely clean hotel. However food was terrible especially the evening meals.Some of the staff rude and unfriendly. For this reason would not stay here again. Need english channels in room and reason and coffee facilities in room.

Great hotel. Very nice and friendly staff will do anything to help you if they can nothing is a bother to them . Superb food room was great air con brilliant. Great big pool with lots of space for sunbathing

Stayed here for a week in September and was really disappointed. Food was disgusting and the beds where so uncomfortable the sun loungers would have been better. Would never complain about anywhere but as a 4 star it was a joke. Everyone we talked to at the hotel said the same and the manager never seemed to be about to report complaints to. Paid half board and we had to eat out every day. Safe to say would definitely not recommend

Hotel is well presented and rooms reasonable. Charging extra for Wifi and room fridge seems unreasonable. Food 2/5. Service is good and the location has plenty of parking. The hotel should only have a 3 star rating though.

We stayed there for 3 days because it was closed to Port Aventura and the price was attractive. However, it's a pretty bad hotel, the food is awful, the beds are not comfortable at all, we could hear the neighbors because of the bad sound isolation. It was always 28°C in the room because there is no air conditioner in May (only from June). We couldn't open the window because of the noise and the mosquitoes. I asked if it was possible to switch it on, they told me it was impossible and they didn't give me any solutions, I slept really bad.
In my opinion, this is a 1 or 2 stars hotel looking like a 4 stars one.
If I come back to Port Aventura, I'm never doing this choice again.
