  Habitación muy cuidada, atención excelente, los pinchos morunos extraordinarios, al carbón en la puerta del Hotel, todo un espectáculo, mereció la pena, en pleno centro.

  Rooms are very clean and moreover comfortable. The service depends of the person because one of the receptionist is not too nice. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to Ceuta.

  This is a lovely hotel in the heart of the old city. We sat on the patio and watched the people go by as we ate our bocadillas and drank wine. The staff was outstanding, and spoke something like 5 different languages. It's not 5 stars because it's the Ritz Carelton, but because of the service. A great place to stay if you are looking for value a a reasonable rate.

  This hotel is close to everything in Ceuta. The rooms are very well kept and the view from the patio as well as the multi-head shower made our stay at Ulises one that we would return to. The pool at this hotel is outdoor, however traveling from your room and through the hotel's restaurant is strange. The pool was not very clean on one side, either. Breakfast is not included, but as sttated previously, the location is perfect and food is close by.
