Lovely stay in Sevilla. Hotel is clean and the staff are helpful. Breakfast is a little expensive and our room was a little dark. No major complaints.

Brilliant hotel tucked away in the Seville back streets. A real feel of Seville and its surroundings. The excellent rooftop bar overlooking the city is a must see! Will definitely be back.

Air-conditioning cannot keep up with Seville hear! Difficulty communicating as no one speaks English. Boiling hot in evening. Great location, however.

My desapointment with this hotel is hard tô explain! A boutique hotel should have complete tray with amenities, at least a bed with four pillows! I FOUND AN OLD ROOM, A VERY DEGRADED DECORATION IN PURPLE, ROOM LOOKING NOWHERE. Shame a end upbin a place like that! The safe dia not work as de enterre the room+ no acustic inter room! The reservation was for my Britney. ou nov.👎

Descent place. There are a few things this hotel needs to improve to get a higher rating. The first is the heavy perfume smell that permiates the room. I'm not sure why this is the case but the room smells like a night club. Additionally the Wi-Fi is crap, its oversaturated and there are too many users connected on single APs (access points). This needs to be fixed asap as the internet waa basically inacessible.

Okay, Our last night in Spain was definitely our best. Here are some of the moments that were special and set themselves apart from every other hotel we stayed at:
- They sent out an email 2 days prior to let us know where to go if we have a car, since the roads get small and windy in the city center.
-When we got there and called them, one of the front desk agents came out to our car (2 blocks away) to greet us, and let us leave our car in their specialized sidewalk reserved section (knowing we were leaving early the next morning).
-Pedro was the gentleman who dealt directly with us for the majority of our stay, and he was fantastic. charming, engaging, he went above and beyond.
-Upon checking in, he must have read the booking notes that I'd made via the website that it was our Honeymoon, and he took it upon himself to upgrade us to a Suite, which was a lovely treat (made us feel like royalty) - Gorgeous room, detailed wooden ceilings, huge comfy bed.
-While we were out, our turn down treat was a plate of fruit and a bottle of mineral water. (Now this is my favorite!! It didn't have to be anything expensive. It was simple and classy. We appreciated it so much and again made it memorable.)
-Pedro was fantastic, as was the whole staff..
And once again, another experience that proves how wonderful these little boutique hotels can be fantastic gems. YOU MUST STAY HERE!response / report this review
