Would come back again. The front desk personnel was super friendly and awesome (Martha stood out!). Breakfast is good. Clean and spacious rooms. Super well located.

Hotel was reasonable value, with a good breakfast and helpful friendly staff. Room was clean and we'll presented.
No tea or coffee available in room or in the hotel however. Lounge area could be improved by some comfortable chairs.response / report this review -

I had a good experience with the staff and in the hotel. I loved that it was a quant hotel in the middle of all the restaurants and shops. The rooms are cozy n comfortable with the necessary amenities.

Positive: excellent location in the city centre, good and varied food, clean rooms, nice and helpful receptionists . Negative: serious problems with ants in the rooms, bathrooms in the rooms, separated by windows . You can actually see the silhouette of the person in the bathroom AND HEAR EVERYTHING! If you want to go to the bathroom during the night, you can't turn on the light and you can't flush the toilet because you will wake up the others. Every time one of us supposed to go to the toilet, the rest of the family had to leave the room so the poor guy can do his business. Also the smell from the bathroom comes into the room as the glass walls are not isolating. Definitely this experience was extremely unpleasant. I do not recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved this Boutique Hotel! Marta who works at the front desk was fantastic!
She went out of her way to help me with some last minute airline changes and was their each day to make sure your stay in Seville was the best it could be!
I loved this city and highly recommend staying at this smaller yet centrally located hotel. It is within in walking distance to all the restaurants, historical sites and quaint shops. Their daily breakfast was fantastic and rooms were comfortable and well appointed.
I would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Seville!response / report this review -

Muy muy muy buena posición, excelente habitación, muy amplia i moderna. El desayuno Un poco regular, mucha bollería i poco muesli, te i cosits sanas. En general un sitio excelente.

Wonderfully located hotel, characterful appearance inside and out.
Greatest asset were staff - they were helpful and friendly with a medical emergency and changing flights for us, but we also saw them dealing with many other guests with all sorts of questions in several languages with great patience and kindness.
A noisy area, though, so take ear plugs if opening the windows!response / report this review -

The hotel is quite cozy, surrounded by the folklore of Seville. It's truly privelaged in its location for you are surrounded with great food and amazing sights. However, the highlight of the stay is definitely the staff particularly Ruben at the front desk. His attention to detail is unparalleled and just a pleasure to speak to. Thank you.

Cute hotel set in the old section near the Cathedral. Room is modern but with issues - climate control was turned down but it was still hot - almost too warm to sleep (beginning of March timeframe) and since our room faced out and was right off the ground - opening the window was not an option due to the noise of the city (which if you are from the city shouldn't hinder your decision to stay here.) The bathroom had modern style shower but if you turned on the side sprayers it would spray out onto the toilet but there were no issues with hot water. Also if you steamed up the bathroom it didn't vent anywhere except into the main room (the bathroom door was a modern glass one not set into a frame which means it does not block smells, sounds, or steam from coming into the main sleep area). Staff was friendly and welcoming. No pool, which we knew about before we reserved it so that was not an issue. Breakfast included was the European style. There was a 5 car unloading area directly out front of the hotel and then you have to park in a 24 hour parking garage maybe a kilometre away for which there is no shuttle to/from and costs 21 Euro a day so plan for that. This is in a nice area and the walk back is through outdoor cafes so we just stopped to eat there.
