  Excellent service. It is difficult to park but then the attention and commitment with which they take care of you and receive your packages, it is worth the wait for the position. .

  The attention was good on the part of the staff, the only thing is that the place where the company is located is quite complicated to get to the office and I say complicated since the design of the building are stairs to access up to the 3rd floor there are elevators but They are only for the use of building personnel, so if you go with a package where there are kilos and kilos of food going up three floors is quite strong so I recommend you go with a companion who can help you. Or consult the company directly for the collection system they have here in Madrid.
  
  Note: floor three has two wings to say, the one on the right and the left (I use the sense of right and left as a reference as if you come from the virgin subway of the farmhouse and go up Av de manoteras) on the left are the offices until 113 and the company's office is at 116 so if it is the first time you approach the office as in my case, keep this info in mind and do not go up all the floors and then have to go down with everything you have to go up again ..

  For less than two kilos (air delivery) I paid € 30 for nothing, because they told me that it would arrive in 12 to 15 days and it is going for a month and it still has not reached the person. I do not return or recommend and I hope that one day my shipment arrives and is at least complete, since they definitely do not arrive on time.
  Very unhappy with the service.
