Not the best place to stay with young children. Entertainment is very very basic that kids get bored very fast and not enough activities to occupy them. There weren't enough tables and chairs for guests to use around the bar at night which resulted in either people standing or having to go back to their rooms: this is the only option as unless you have booked the town shuttle earlier in the day there's is no other way of getting in to the centre and paying for a taxi every night is costly. The rooms were not the best; we had to change rooms twice as the fans never worked which isn't ideal when you are away for a week only and spending your time packing. There were families who'd been here regularly who were saying how rundown it had become. Overall not the best place to stay for a hassle free holiday. It does have nice views but that doesn't make the holiday
Great weeks holiday
Bit out of the way and there were a lot of children ,however having your own private roof terrace was a great plus
Food was good and enjoyed our time here
Loved it. A bit far from the sea, but with 7 pool and 2 bars, who cares. apartments a little run down but perfectly fine to use 5 stars for price and staff.
All inclusive family holiday for one week, great resort with good range of facilities. Apartment was clean and well presented and pools were well designed and good fun for the kids. Food was plentiful and good quality and the dining area was quite large with plenty of tables available.
Stayed here for a 10 day holiday in July 2017. The holiday was all inclusive so we mostly ate at the hotel. The food was nice but the choice was a little limited but, you always had plenty to eat. The complex is separated into blocks. We stayed on block 5 in room 1. The room itself is a little worn and dated. No smoke alarm fitted, the fuse box is not covered and our light fitting in the lounge was hanging from the ceiling showing the wires. Cleanliness was brilliant with the room cleaned daily and towels and bedding changed. The staff are a credit to the hotel. More so the cleaners who work flat out and are always pleasant to speak to. Access to the pool was right outside our door which was brilliant but this still didn't help us getting a sunbed/lounger. The competition for one is fierce. I can't think of any place I have been to where the sun beds are so sought after. This is made worse by the fact that if you don't get up early to queue for one then you probably won't get one at all that day or until late evening. People don't tend to leave the pool unless it's to go for dinner which is served from 1 till 3 and in this time they usually keep the bed they have had all morning by placing a towel on it. This doesn't bother me too much as I have 4 kids and, the majority of my time is spent in the pool. My only problem is that I had nowhere to put my kids belongings as they don't have any tables by the pool, just loads of occupied sunbeds. The pools on the other hand are great though. You have 7 pools to choose from and the life guards are always nearby. The night entertainment was repetitive with the same songs on repeat the whole time with a different scenario or game played. Again, the staff were brilliant even if the music wasn't. It appeared to be the same Spanish man and woman every night who gave it their all and didn't stop. All in all I don't know if I would come back here with children and this isn't down to me having any troubles, I just feel that it doesn't offer much for families when compared to other hotels I've stayed at. I feel this hotel is better suited for older people and local people as the local Spanish people seem to get priority over the French, English and Germans. This was more obvious at night when the entertainment was mostly in Spanish and when anyone else tried to get in on it they found themselves being at the back of the queue and pushed in front of. This always went unnoticed by staff and, any attempt at speaking Spanish when ordering food or drinks, was always met with a stern reply in English of "what do you want?!"
Relaxing break
Prittey good, food is decent but watch out if you go in the weekends becouse there are a lot of spanish people who come here in the weekends
Love it. Staff are great and a really nice atmosphere. Clean and tidy hotel. Everything you could ask for.
The please is nice and clean and the staff friendly. We are all inclusive and I would rate food around 6 out of 10. Bit of a pain queing for drinks all the time. The snacks are not good around 1 out of 10 for me. The kids entertainment starts far to late at 9-30. Then we have wifi and wifi should be free now for all hotel guests.
Fantastic Park with truly amazing pool facilities.
Not right next to the beach, but located uphill which results in stunning sea-views.
Ideal for families with kids, both in the hotel formula or by renting a house straight from the owner. (which is a lot cheaper, and offers the exact same accommodation)
All houses/ apartments, offer full central heating & airco and terraces with panoramic sea-views, which makes them just perfect for hibernating as well.
