  Appalling. Impressively rude receptionist. I have arrived 5 minutes late and they will reject my DKV plan under the excuse that it was not valid when it was.

  Fantastic. I have had a treatment again and as always the treatment has been great and the doctor a great professional who has sincerely advised me what was best for me.

  I went for severe acne problems and they were totally patient, understanding, sincere and professional with me. They gave the first one with the appropriate treatment, which in addition other dermatologists insisted on not pautarme. I'm very happy.

  I paid several laser sessions that after medical circumstances I could not do, only the first. After the first one I finished making a picture and I couldn't work in days (they didn't let me know about this) and I didn't want to repeat with that laser either. They have not given me alternatives, I have lost all the money. I do not recommend it at all, it seems that they recommend you according to the lasers they have and not according to what you really need. Given the answer I edit: a little seriousness, what you do is charge the total sessions in the first and second session, then you say that the third and fourth is at zero cost. That is to charge all four sessions at the beginning and not per session. If the treatment is not going well for you then, you manage them, you have already charged. Beach bar. I have gone to another clinic where I have been given alternatives, and by the way, very good results.

  Fantastic treatment of Dr. Úrsula in dermatology, just a couple of appointments to resolve a very fast and professional way a hair issue and a couple of skin lesions. And super friendly treatment, too.

  Tengo mi problema resuelto a medias. No me gustó que el dr. Te diga que lo llames por cualquier novedad o necesidad y NUNCA puede hablar con el. Las asistentes solo Dicen que como esta en consulta NO te puede atender. Señores NO prometan lo que no pueden cumplir. Si llegas a perder tu cita (por la razon que sea)debes esperar 15 dias para que te puedan volver a dar cita. No me atrevo a decir que todo es malo pero falta bastante atención hacia el paciente.

  Mi experiencia en la clínica fue muy satisfactoria, fui para un tratamiento en la piel y lo solucionaron en la primera visita. Me explicaron todo y quedé muy contento. Lo recomiendo a cualquier persona que se plantea acudir a un dermatólogo.
