  Dramatic place to visit, 1000m above sea level and quite remote. We ate lunch here and it was far beyond what we expected. Great rustic dishes and a good choice of more familiar items. Your in Spain so go for white garlic soup or the ifs cheek!

  Most people come up El Torcal to see the views, which are great and stretch all the way down to the coast. But allow yourself an hour and a half extra and you can complete the circular walk ending at the visitors center, you'll be glad you made the extra effort ( take water with you) it's more than just views, it's a lesson in how this remarkable landscape was formed..

  It's not hard to see why some Westerns were filmed here with the amazing rock formations! Some interesting walks, not not very suitable for small children. Visitor Centre is nothing special, but adequate.
  
  Bring stout footwear and water. Very hot and exposed here!
