A ver si nos entendemos!!! Hay sitios para comer bien o más o menos. Este sitio es para llevar tus sentidos a niveles que no sabías. Y no solo eso, si no que también puedes desgustar alta cocina a precios increíbles. Siempre con base tradicional combinado con cocina de diseño. Si eres un poco sensible este es tu sitio. Y no empecemos a hablar de su bodega porque esto se puede extender mucho. Como para hacer un libro

Hacía tiempo que no lo visitaba y volví a salir contento nuevamente. Buena comida, buen producto, grandes vinos y un servicio a la altura. Calidad precio muy buena. Es de esos sitios que tienes que visitar unas cuantas veces al año.

We have been a couple of times in this restaurant during a visit to Vitoria. The restaurant offers a tasting menu that can be adapted to client's needs. The bigger menu has 7 courses + 3 desserts (49.50 + VAT) and the smaller menu has 5 courses + 2 desserts (38.50 + VAT). All courses are in small plates and they are very elaborated and have excellent taste. Restaurant has an extensive wine menu. Service is correct, the owner is very friendly and will give any recommendations to make the lunch/dinner a great experience. Waiter just explain the content of each plate. Overall, without having the service and glamour of Michelin star restaurants, the food reaches this level, so visiting this restaurant is a must if you are and like fine dining and are in the city. We will be back when we have the chance.
