Beautiful location in the mountains. Smart lodge-style rooms, decent restaurant on site. Spa facilities, but these weren't open the days I was there

I love This place. I can only talk about the bar and terrace. Have not been nor at the hotel or the restaurant. To me, the view from the bar terrace is worth the visit. When I am tired of the heat in the city in summer, having a beer there with 5-6 *C less then in Madrid is valueless

This place is a total disgrace! The smell of the sewer in our room was horrible, as was the temperature in the room. It was like 40 degrees and it felt like the heater was on.
Beside this the place was almost falling apart, there was no bar service on the terrace and the hospitality of the staff was next to zero.
So, if you want to find tranquility in the mountains north of Madrid find some place else!response / report this review -

No water and The reception line about the origin of the problem telling me it was the Townhall fault ! I did call the Townhall to check and they confirmed the water system was good! They came to check and confirm it was OK ! It happens that they were having maintenance have the hotel ! Later I talked with the director that told me that he will give me the money back for the night which didn't happen for more than three weeks! I keep trying reaching by the phone number on the website but they always hangout! There are other problems that happened during my staying there and I really really not come back to this place !

Lo único bueno es el spa, los masajes y el paisaje. La habitaciones muy simples, las instalaciones están muy descuidadas y la oferta gastronómica es de lo peor que he visto para un sitio de este precio. Los bonos son un engaño y como ejemplo, la foto del menú de la cena romántica que se suponía nos entraba. No creo que vuelva

Buenas instalaciones, buen restaurante con música en directo. El SPA es para relajarse a tope! Muy cerca de Madrid, ideal para escapada romántica!

Sensacional, hemos estado estupendamente para desconectar y relajarnos, sobre todo el miércoles y el jueves ya que el fin de semana se llenó hasta arriba y lógicamente la percepción cambia. La relación calidad-precio es inmejorable y conocemos varios Hoteles-Balneario; en otros establecimientos similares, el mismo programa de 4 días cuesta más de 900 euros por pareja y aquí nos ha costado menos de la mitad. Repetiremos seguro.

Hotel was nice, I spent one night with my girlfriend. There was a special offer at their website which includes one night with breakfast plus entrance to their spa. It was such a really good place to rest and disconnect from everything

We went to visita the Spa and stay a night in the suite. It is placed in a wondeeful location, with great views of "La Pedriza" all the hotel is full of an amazing enviroment. The room was a big and charming wood house with a hall, a room and a big bathroom. The Service was also charming and polite. A great experience.
