  Bathroom door can't close. Air con had opened but can't feel any cool air. Bee inside the room when we come. Bed sheet with stained . Strange smell in room. Although it is good price with free car parking. That's pros and cons.

  Friendly staff with good English. Provided good tips of where to eat etc. Parking is included and I could take the elevator straight down to the garage. Great fully functional air con, made the stay very pleasant.

  Room very good plus staff extremely good. Close to las matas station, however little far from city center but since Madrid is well connected it won't be an issue..
