Best Customer Service ever experienced!
I went to big bike to look at the Hanway Cafe Racers, as they are the only official Retailer in Barcelona. At the store I was greeted by Chris, a fluent English speaking and very kind Agent, who immediately let me hop on the bike and start the engine. After deciding to purchase the bike, Chris did the entire bureaucratic process for me, from comparing insurance company rates, registering the bike and license plate and even inquiring at the local police and council to make sure that I will not have problems with my non-spanish license. I could not be happier. Even in the case that I find myself unhappy with the bike and wanting to sell it, I was offered support with the process of finding a buyer and taking care of the entire process at no charge at all. I definitely recommend Big Bike to anyone looking for exclusive and inexpensive motorbikes. Even more so, if you are not a spanish national or spanish is not your first language, the quality of service offered is tremendous.
I will definitely shop here again if I find myself needing another motorbike.response / report this review -

Big Bike are a great retailer - I recently bought a Hanway Cafe Racer 125 from them and they were very helpful, with good after-sales service, and have English speakers if your Spanish isn't too great. They come highly recommended.

Muy mala experiencia. Fui por un cambio de batería para una honda 125 y efectivamente me la han cambiado por una "nueva" sin preguntarme si la quería original o no. En el transcurso de 1 año me roban un espejo retrovisor y vuelvo al taller a comprar uno nuevo. Ni se preocuparon por preguntarme si prefería que me lo instalaran o si traía herramientas para hacerlo¿? Vuelvo al cabo de un año porque la batería que les había comprado había dejado de cargar. tuvieron la moto durante un día entero para decirme que se había descargado por haber dejado el switch abierto. (no se tomaron la molestia de revisar si la batería funcionaba o si era problema de la moto en si) Al final he decidido llevarla a otro taller en donde la persona que lo lleva se preocupa por sus clientes y los trata con amabilidad y respeto. En 2 minutos ha realizado un prueba en donde comprobó que la batería no cargaba y que no funcionaba y en otros 2 minutos comprobó con una batería del taller que la moto estaba en perfectas condiciones. Además con una sonrisa en la cara me ha dejado una batería para que no me quedase sin moto durante el fin de semana mientras hacia el pedido de una nueva para mi. Nunca volveré y jamas lo recomendaré.
