The location is very good, I stayed there for 2 weeks and the location is unbearable.

Beautiful place. I loved the details and care taken in the apartment. Felt like home! Location is perfect to explore the city. Metro/bus stop is closer. You will find all the things needed in a stone throwaway.

Beautiful, clean flats in the perfect location! Right next to a bunch of bars, restaurants, and shops and only a 5 minute walk to the metro. Staff were so friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and made our holiday wonderful!!

I have no complaints about the service or room. The room had a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a common living area. The receptionist processed our booking quickly. The only complaint I have is that the location isn't great. Madrid is a big city, and the attractions are quite spread out. We had to walk and use the bus a lot. On the bright side, it is close to a good shopping and dining area.

Staff were excellent. During our stay whenever we had any problems they came as soon as they could and helped us with everything. Before we arrived, the hotel contacted us to confirm our arrival time and told us to tell them if there was anything wrong. Our room was extremely clean and very quiet despite the fact that it was right off of the main street. Just three minutes to the metro and located walking distance to lots of the sights in Madrid. I highly recommend the Madrid Central Suites to anyone visiting central Madrid.
