Situation: community of owners that installs a very expensive platform lift with a company of dubious professionalism. A year and a half later the platform breaks. They do not have contracted maintenance and, in order not to notify the installation company, I look for external alternatives that are more objective. I find Salvaescaleras and talk to the salesperson. I tell him about the film and he assures me that they have installed a thousand platforms and that he will take his best technician to look at it and that, in the worst case, if he can't fix it (I'm counting on this being a possibility, of course), I'll will make a report with what they advise to fix so that it is operational. He inspires me with confidence, he charges me the corresponding amount for the trip and tells me that the technician will take as long as it takes, the price is the same (about €150, which is not bad). I agree. End of the story: The technician ("the best technician", I remember) appears and says that he has never seen such a platform in his life (I attach a photo of the rare platform) and that he cannot do anything. They pass the collection of what was agreed and it was never heard from again. I claim the supposed report (at least) or that they tell me what happened during the visit, and maybe they have answered you, because what is it to me. DIFFICULT EXPERIENCE.
