Definitely the best hotel in Alex. The service is amazing and the workers are extremely nice and welcoming. The breakfast is really good, the beach is nice however the beach restaurant menu doesn't offer a lot of options. The view from the pool is really beautiful and the team is nice over there. The house keeping are a bit slow. The prices are a bit high but the overall experience is nice

I'd give this 10 stars not just 5.
Extremely welcoming and friendly.
Indoor pool is very cozy.
Outdoor pool has amazing view.
Bleu cafe is a little small but the view is priceless. Beach Lounge is my favorite as for great food, service and view.
Kala is very elegant and serves A1 food.
Clean elegant bathrooms and elevators.
All the cafes and restaurants serve amazing food. Only coffees and some drinks aren't the best.
Also the parking saves you the effort.

This hotel is by the far the best hotel used. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. It doesn't matter where you are in the hotel they will always give you a smile and greet you. The life guard at the hotel were very nice and did an amazing job to keep the kids safe the pool clean. This is my new home when I come to alexandria Egypt.

Very rude guest staff.
I been to the hotel to check facilities and services since i'm visiting egypt.
The staff behavior was shocking.
The ran after me informing me that it's not allowed for outsiders to come in the hotel facilities which was so embarrassing to me and sister.
However it's my first time to experience such thing in four seasons hotel since i'm a regular customer across the world and in egypt I was a guest in Four season Nile cairo last month only.
Platinum member in Qatar airways, gold in emirates airlines, concierge in Radisson Blu, platinum elite in IHG, silver in Marriott group and last silver in SPG.
I would never suggest people and business men to go for coffee or any kind of business meetings in there to avoid any embarrassment.
I had my engagement party in the same hotel 2012. And things were not that organized till last min I had to run up and down fixing decorations and stuff myself.
For a super nice decorated 5 star hotel it is weird for me to experience this.
