Friendly staff but do nothing on the customer care side after signing in. I was ill and adked for a doctor wich they provided. I was in the room for 3 days after. No one checked on me at all. I left the hotel and they didnt ask why.

Nice views from rooms, good sleep quality, and generally friendly staff. Rooms are small, furnishings are dated. Hotel could benefit from a refreshing make-over. Buffet breakfast looks huge, but selections of foods not interesting nor well presented.

Honeymoon location. Amazing views. Close to the beach. You get a free beach pass. Stayed her only one night but was amazing! $100 per night. Breakfast was great too!

The hotel has a wonderful view and almost all rooms have a sea view,very good catering breakfast and dinner,the staff is moderately friendly, has a good with fi free connection the only problem is with parking

Not sure about the rooms now , it was fine with the previous accor chain. However the location is great in the middle of cournich st. The hotel has a very nice bar which is newly opened this year "the pint" with a variety of food and beverage and nice music and view.

very nice location saba pasha area room is tidy clean but extremly small not suitable if you have kids, fantastic sea view specially from high floors , no swiming pool nor beach. they give access to nearby stanly public beach which is not good option

Nice sized rooms, clean, provide all toiletries, daily housekeeping nice shower, very good good variety buffet breakfast, overlooking the corniche.

This hotel is the ex Ramada Renaissance hotel of Alexandria. The place is great with a superb sea view and gastronomy at the Santorini Restaurant. Highly recommended!

Very good for its value
I sent two nights in it. And i really enjoyed my staying. Have good sea view. The rooms was a little bit small but well organized . the breakfast was also good a few choices but good and delicious . i TV service can be improved. And i didn't know that they have a free WiFi till the last day ,a sign will be a highly appreciated
