Good place for families. All day entertainment. Food is very good. Rooms got a little problem that they don't have enough lights. Otherwise, this place is very good.

1-Reception members & animation team very helpful the rest departments very bad.
2- catering menus repeated, disgusting, low quality food and staff low experience.
3- room and footpath not cleaning as should be.
4- they are made lot off offers for lower companies I was paid EGP 3200 and another gusset paid EGP 900 for the same period and room view.
5- It is far away from the town center & old market around 33 M by car with 100k/HRS.
6- one of hotel facilities is providing Ice cream from 11am to 1 pm it's worst to tell you this service been done by staff team not by machines with barbarian way.
Finally, this is a brief not all my recommendation is do not try this hotel, this decision was built by my experience.

I'am so disapointed how come this place rated 4 stars , there is not even 1 thing good in this place . Bad food , disgusting service, bad and not clean rooms i stayed for 4 nights and they clean it only once and it wasn't even clean when i get in, no hot water , the furnitur was very old , not clean pool , the worker at the front dick were not profisional at all same as the resturant and room service.
NEVER AGAIN.
Actually the only good thing was the animation team they were so nice and helpful and they were the only reason why we stayed the whole 4 nights and didn't leave early
