Disorganized as hell, full of scammers asking you for passport, trying to get hold of your luggage and variously pretending to be part of the security / organization while the actual security / airport staff sits and watches, getting their share of the money. And then everyone is wondering there is no tourists! Lazy cheeky idiots.

Not much better than Hall 1 in terms of quality of service and organisation. Gets 2 stars because of the beautiful architecture and modern art (the huge airplane in the arrivals hall)

Beggers were very close intrusive and annoying but they claimed being cleaning-service employees! Someone should give them enough salaries or fire them instead!!!

Can do much better if at least it was clean and less smelly. This is definitely not a place to represent Egypt's first impression. Lots to be done and renovation is strongly needed
