Clean, neat simple and beautiful architecture, but processes, security and staff training all needs improvements.
Parking 🅿 is an Egyptian challenge for airport buildings, kinda difficult for drop off and pick up.
I hope it gets better management soon.

It takes the Egyptian airports to the next level. Really proud to have such a main gate to Egypt. I wish that they can appoint more passport officers to expedite the passengers entry time. Also many new security gates are not operated by the airport management which causes a lot of delay as passengers gather on one gate only.

Its quantum leap in Airport services in Egypt looks like it is still in soft opening stage yet almost all services are available need to be well 2hours+ for 2 steps security check

Very clean organized .I came 3 hours before departure (7 AM) I only needed half an hour to finish security process .Have some small change handy to give to airport labours.

When it first opened about 4 months ago, it was clean and employees were respectful.

Today is a totally different story.
Unorganized, untrained, disgraceful. Some security emoplyees are in civil clothes, some are in police outfit. They are yelling on tourists/travellers humiliating them in front of other travellers and their wives and kids. They are seperating the family from being in line together.

Even passport control officers are not respectful.

Shame on Egypt, it cannot hold a good thing for long.
