Absolutely brilliant and amazing! I never even knew this place existed! I went there for the first time and already want to go back. There's a huge pool for all ages and a jacuzzi with a bar on the pool. There's also a kids pool and around it there are activities.Rooms are fantastic and service is excellent. At the end of the day, you could enjoy diner with your friends. There are a lot of meals and varieties. You could even have breakfast in bed. The lounges are quiet and breakfast/lunch is delicious.

The first hotel to take my 5 stars. I have nothing negative to say about Renaissance. Very polite staff, breath taking views, beautiful, large and comfortable rooms. serene environment. Very affordable prices, quite cheap for this standard.

A very nice hotel to spend some time with family. The staff are helpful and friendly, the rooms are clean and well equipped. This is my second visit, definitely will be returning.

Starting from the architecture of the hotel and staff politeness, support and professional services.
The room was clean, comfortable and I loved the softness of the Egyptian cotton sheets, duvet and the bathroom towels.

The Renaissance surrounding was quite and safe.
Certainly I will recommend it to my friends.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with awesome customer service! Very modern and chic design with a fantastic pool. Although not centrally located, I prefer this hotel over our previous one directly off the Nile.

New modern hotel. Large rooms with trendy furniture and looks. Location is central as the hotel is 0.5km away from the ring road (easy access to east and west Cairo). 10 minutes away from Cairo airport. Hotel management is customer centric (great). Breakfast is rich and overlooking the amazing hotel pool. Lounge for Marriott rewards members exceeds expectation. Entry to the hotel is very slow due to the security check that creates long queues and the parking ticketing system which is using hand-written tickets and a hard to comprehend parking management system ! Speed of access to hotel and reliability of internet & TV service are the reasons I gave the hotel 4 stars instead of 5.

Just finished two nights in this hotel and I won't choose this hotel or live in Marriott group
Although there are many choices on the food and drinks in the executive lounge, it is far away from the city
But the main point is the bad attitude of the staff especially the office supervisor Mihud Yahia. He is rude, impolite and unhelpful. Even I am the platinum member of Marriott, He wrongly charged me for the lounge access fee without any noticifcation. Also he did not admit his wrong and kept interrupt my speech. He was even unwilling to provide me his name because I said I will complain him. Such bad attitude and service made me feel very disappointed on Marriott. As a frequent traveler and platinum member of a hotel group, I never met such kind of unfriendly and cocky staff. Mihud Yahia, you made me not to choose to live Mariott in the future anymore.

Stuff and service were great
But the location is not good
It's far and near the airport so I recommend it if you want to be near the airport
But anything else you will have to use an application to order a taxi or a car

Only a short stay, such a friendly staff, very nice designed hotel! Was too cold for the big pool, which is surrounded by palms and trees, must be wonderful to sit there in a warm night! And cheap at the moment.
