Worest customer Service ever, No WIFI in 3th, 4th, 5th, 6th floors! No matter how many times you complain; they just ignore you!! It took me a week to change my room where I had no internet to another room with good Wifi.
The receptionist is rude and have zero customer service experience! The beds are so small ( kids size) in the double rooms. Yet it's so freaking expensive!!!! Terrible experience

Small rooms. Rubbish service and they have absolute zero respect for customers comfort. There was construction at the time I was in the hotel and it gave me a headache for most of the time I was at the hotel.
