  Although this is a historical mosque, but it has a great recent value to be remembered as the mosque of Egypt's revolution of 2011.
  At the Muslim five prayers times it was used for prayers, in between and before and after it was one of the field hospitals of Tahreer square.
  People prayed, laughed, cried and shed blood for there freedom inside and all around this holy place.
