Perfect place to chill out, away from the busy streets of Cairo. Free breakfast and a rooftop with an amazing view on the pyramyds. This really is special, it even gives you a free light show in the evening. Staff are very helpful and only a 2minutes walk from the entrance for the pyramyds. Only thing: a little bit overpriced.

Spacious clean room, great service, beautiful rooftop view of pyramids and great value for money.
We actually booked last minute at another hotel, but because they weren't able to accommodate us they guided us to 'Mena Inn' for the same price and the same view on the pyramids.
We weren't disappointed at all!
We got a spacious clean room, great service of staff that went out of their way to help, a beautiful rooftop view of the pyramids so we could enjoy the lightshow in the evening and in the morning we were surprised to have a breakfast of buns with different dips and juice included as well.
We returned from 'Dahab' to stay for a second night when something went wrong with the booking, but yet again it was solved good and friendly.
It is certainly great value for money and we recommend it.
Thank you Gamal for being helpful, friendly and a good guide and thanks to the staffmember(unfortunately forgot his name) that immediately carried our bags up- and downstairs as well as waking us for breakfast.

Accommodations are great, private bathroom ( could be cleaner), but nothing beats the view. Mohamed is a great host and very accomdating to your needs.
Downside, his tours and hired guides are less than satisfactory. All 3 guides that we used were a mixture of lacking enthusiasm, too pushy to get us to buy items that they were making commission off of, and lack of knowledge of the sites.response / report this review -

beaware, the owner is a lier, my parents stayed there for a night and the owner ISLAM persuade them to get on a tour and cancel their already booked hotels for next few days.They paid in full $600 US dollars, but when they get to the cruise at midnight, it won't leave until next day afternoon, they just gave them a chair to sleep on overnight, by this point the owner was still contactable and trying to make up, the cruise arrived distination early, they supposed to stay on the ship for 3 days, they weren't even on there for 48 hours! So my parents had no where to go after the ship arrvied, the owner sent a taxi driver to take them to places, but when they got to King's valley,they found that the tickets they got from the owner is different from others so theyy weren't allowed go into The tomb of Tutankhamun, and the driver told them the time of visiting is only for one hour, they only had time to see three spots so they had to run all the time. then the owner won't pick up calls after that, they were left in the middle of no were, they paid for hot balloon, it was cancelled, the owner had promised to make up for them and let them to take felucca, but now he's hanging up whenever he gets their number. This is a very bad and evil man, I hope he gets what he deserves. And do not pay anything until you get on his so called cruise. We asked him to write down a agreement for what's included, but what was the use for that? Sadly it's my parents first and maybe last visit to Egypt, I hope he sit in his comfort home and count the dirty money in his hand, what a dreadful man! My parents are nearly 70 and they just let them sleep on a chair for the night, and you know what, until the last minute, he promised me that he's a honiest man, he will take care of my parents. I just can't understand how can he live with himeself!!

First arrived I was made to feel very welcome. I was taken care of like family. The hotel has the best view of the sphinx and pyramids which is only a short walk away. Great experience.
