The worst holiday of our life. Food tasted horrible. We had ants and a cockroach in our room. The safe was not functioning properly Ahh. Never again Since the tourism is on declined since 2015 so is the service and overall quality. It pays off to go to Spain or Greece where the quality of service is incomparable.

This hotel can only dream about being 5 Stars its rather 3 - 3.5 stars Not even 4..

I give 3 stars because:
-Restaurant:
Floor always dirty. Cleaning personal with some dirty behaviors likethey clean the table with a table cover and then re-use re-use the table cover again.. the tables retain the dirt..always like glue..tables and chairs.
Always the same music, always the same fruits. Food is average good, but the dirty place makes it unpleasable to stay there.
I am sorry to inform that a dirty place cannot handle clean food..doesnt match!
-Reception:
People at the reception are not able to handle complaints, most of reception guys do not understand english or italian and break the conversation with other phone calls..its really disappointing. Not to say unrespectful with customers.
External areas:
Very good! Keep it so!!
Room:
The room is average good. The room cleaner was very kind and spoke good english.

Last though: The place is 5 star, the content is not! Definitely they lack of management because they have enough people and resources to be a real 5 star hotel.

Question: Wether is not a 5 star or i've beeb ripped off by TUI.

First of all i wouldn't say it's a 5 stars resort but a maximum 4+ stars. The food is good but after 7days you wouldn't know what to eat anymore. The personnel doesn't know how to get a tip from you. First days everyone asked us where are we from, and on the beach can't stay for 5minutes without someone to came ask you where are you from and trying to sell you something. I felt harassed in the first days.
The rooms are normally furnitured cleaned daily.

Coralls are great right in front of the resort, lots o fishes!

So it's a good deal for the payed price.

A wonderful place to spend your holiday. Wide, clean and well accommodated rooms. The bathroom is clean and well equipped. The hotel has a private long beach. Many pools and beautiful gardens. The restaurant is very clean and the food is very good with many varieties. The only drawback is that the hotel is far from the city center and the old market with no access to public transportation. But generally is an excellent choice.

Americans if you are reading my review please save your money and go somewhere else. I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. I was hustled at every corner. I was overcharged on everything. Men workers at this hotel stare at you like pigs. Food was the same each day. Wi-Fi is horrible in room and in lobby . No drinks at the mini bar in room. Staff at the hotel are consistently trying to up charge you. They bug you each and every single day about activities even though you tell them that you are not interested. It was to windy everyday because of where the hotel is located and we where only allowed in the ocean 1 Day. There are many many other hotels to choose from. Do your research. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Americans and English speaking persons beware!!! I am sharing my experience and hope all who read it choose a different hotel. There are many many others to choose from. Ok this hotel has laundry service so we gathered our clothes and called the front desk. I asked politely how much it costs. The front desk said it's listed on the laundry sheet that must be filled out. So I filled it out and called for the hotel to pick it up from our room. Upon picking it up I asked for a copy or slip as a recipe so I would have something to reference to but was told no. So I took it upon myself to take a picture of what I was handing them. Upon returning our clothes I asked for a recipe. Again I was denied. I immediately called the front desk to ask for one and was again told no. I then asked for a price for laundry service. I was told it was on the recipe that I filled out and gave to them. I then explained that I don't have a photographic memory and was never given a recipe. After going back and forth over and over he then gave me a price of $248 U.S. dollars. I immediately looked at the picture I took of the receipt as I couldn't believe it because I was under the impression as every person would that the cost was in Egyptian pound. Just like the price menu for food, drinks and everything else at this hotel. The recipe had nothing at all indicating it was to be paid in U.S. money. Long story short we stayed 5 days and had Mohammed the manager negotiate a new price everyday. He basically strung us along each day with a new price. 4 different days in a row. In the end we paid $70 U.S. dollars for 2 loads of laundry. Biggest scam ever. I gave the management every opportunity to fix it but they where not willing to fix it. Rooms cost $31 U.S. per night and laundry $70 and management knows they are scaming people and do not care. BEWARE go elsewhere. Staff looks extremely frustrated and unhappy. In closing I do not need an apology from management you had every opportunity to fix things but chose not to. Instead of making a $70 profit from scaming your full paying customers you will now lose the business of many many Americans and English speaking persons who read my post and hopefully choose another hotel.

Beautiful hotel, it is not that clean though, and not lit properly at night. The food is not tasty except for a very few dishes. The staff are helpful and friendly, although there is not a lot of activities onsite. The jacuzzi is cold, and internet is too slow to use. Should be a 4 star hotel.

Cleaning must be improved. We had family vocation at this hotel in October 2016. Bathroom was dirty and even extra cleaning for extra money never helped. Generally, hotel is good and food is OK. We also enjoyed beautiful reef with corals and different colorful fish.
