They can cheated you, like me!!! I’ve been booked before one week and they confirmed too, but when I came to them they said that “No room”

They put me in a room with no air conditioning. I figured it's not such a bad issue, because my room was pretty high up, so I opened the belcony doors. The next morning, I saw the doors was moved and when I investigated that, I saw that the belcony was linked on the entired floor. When I complained about it, they moved me into a room that smelled like the sewers. And when I opened the belcony doors, it was dirty and covered in bird dudu, not to mention that I was looking into the walls of the building next to the hotel. No view. It was noisy at night and the workers don't understand a word, they don't speak English. There's no room service, no one cleans your room unless you ask. The only meal they serve is breakfast, which is only 2 pieces of dry bread with a little butter and cheese on the side and a boiled egg. Aside from all of this, the hotel manager was always smiling and friendly.

The place is clean, cheap and comfortable. Great value and location for the price. The building commonal area are a mess but thats not the hotel. The manager speaks mexican spanish which is great!!
