My parents have been owners since it was built. Nice place but management need to come up to their promises ,contractural obligations and perform necessary tasks of maintance painting outside to bring it back to it's original glamour.

A calm private beach resort in Fayed. It is private owned apartments and Vilas. With beach green area with gazebo seatings and football / volleyball fields.
At the main appartments u shaped complex is a large swimming pool and a children's pool. Other facilities Include a supermarket , a table tennis and billiards room.
Fayed is a small agricultural town with the beach on the great lake offers calm cool breezes and perfect still water. Commonly used for fishing by locals and has a few water sports like peddling and jet ski. The Suez Canal runs through the great lake. The town center is where the population is centered with small boutiques, coffee shops, banks, seafood restaurants
It is a great weekend escape from the busy cities.
