Hotel was closed since a month when we arrived. We booked months ago but nobody informed us. I see on several sites you can still book for this hotel, but it's a waste if time and money because you will find an closed hotel.

When i arrived @ 4 AM as adviced by Email they had discharged my Reservation and i had to search for a new Room with 20 kilos lugage on New Years eve !!! Ascelator not working, 6th Floor !!! Building very very rotten, found 2 much better cheap Hotels 1 Block away on Talaat Harb Circle.

Unfortunately room standard was very poor, wasn't clean enough and didn't have any toiletries or toilet paper. Wifi isn't working inside the room, people smoking in the area where breakfast is served, elevator was broken many times so you need to walk a lot to floor number 6. They don't know about your booking before you come so don't count for included free airport transport. Staff (beside one girl) don't speak english and isn't helpful (beside this one girl) and very is hard to organize any tour with them. I'd recommend you to find other hotel.

Stuffs are friendly, but the room is as shabby as every hotel around this area. The ladder inside the hotel is narrow, so if you have a big size luggage goes with you, this is a point should be considered.

Very friendly and acquiescent. i had an issue with hot water they switched me to a room with hot water staff is polite professional the front desk even set me up with a tour guide to see the pyramids they did my laundry for. E£60 pounds. ($3.50) cleaned my room and i never was once unhappy.make sure you use the elevator on the left and the doors are closed completely otherwise elevator wont move hotel is on floor 6. Egyptian museum a block a away tarhr square 2 blocks away shopping is a block away o my i spent so much shopping. ENJOY
