  Okay spot in City Stars. Dropped by for a quick drink and some dessert. Service was mediocre although it was near the end of the night. Food was okay nothing special. The Casper & Gambinis at Cairo Festival at least had an amazing terrace made the experience that much nicer. But the city stars branch is lacking.

  Terrible.
  I just left this place. I stormed out after very ill treatment. Customer service and waiter attitude are literally disgusting and extremely belittling. Do not let the 'nice' interior of this cafe fool you at all.
  One specific waiter called Mohammed lied and told us that he was the manager when I requested I wanted to speak to him after I felt severely disrepslected by said waiter. Just overall, I was subjected to seriously terrible treatement as a paying customer.

  The terrace is great and the food is always top notch. Nice spot for shisha and coffee too. There is usually a breeze but there are fans and movable sunshades. Only downside is hefty service charge on top of the 13% tax

  For the friendly service and awesome iced tea. But meals are average - lasagne was pretty much vegetarian (skimped on the mince) and small portion for the price.
