  Great Customer service. Best hotel in Cairo. Highly recommend it. Mr. Mohamed Elsenousi went out of his way to make sure we had a pleasant, comfortable, and unforgettable experience

  Stunning views of the Nile and across to Giza, on a clear night you can see the light display on the pyramids. A top hotel in the middle of Cairo.

  I HAVE BEEN A REPEAT GUEST IN THIS HOTEL FOR MANY MANY YEARS, STAYING FOIR FEW WEEKS AT A TIME. ONE OF THE BEST IN EGYPT,ALWAYS TREATED CORDIALLY, FROFFESSIONALLY, ALWAYS FEELS AT HOME THERE. SPECIAL THANKS TO '"CHRISTINE"", A LOVELY YOUNG LKADY, A GUEST RELATIONSHIP EMPLOYEE, EVERY MORNING MAKES HER ROUND DURING BREAKFAST MAKING SURE THE GUESTS ARE COMFORTABLE ,
  DO NOT HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS. AND ANOTHER SPECIAL THANKS TO Mr. AMR ALAA THE CONCIERGE WHO MADE ME FEEL I HAVE A SPECIAL FREIND IN THE HOTEL ALWAYS WILLING TO ACCOMODATE ME.

  Couldn't be more pleased. Was here in December of 2010 on 2 different occasions. Once at the beginning and then end of our trip. Coming back felt so comforting and familiar. Beautiful and delicious, and probably best beds in Cairo.
