The absolute worst experience I've had in any vacation I've taken! They STOLE MY IPHONE! Brand new phone stolen and they did not even care or show any courtesy to help. It is beyond me how this hotel still stands. Be aware of their management! Never ever go to this hotel, they'll rob you and act like it's all your fault. The level of rudeness from their reception/customer service/management/ AND top management is absurdly high!

I hope people read this review before thinking of booking a night there. I still cannot believe they stole my iPhone and acted so cold and rude like it never happened. Even the police did nothing and sided with them because "tourism is on the downturn". Well no wonder it's going down Tell these hotels to at the very least be HONEST & COURTEOUS.

Horrible experience.
- Room not clean, bed sheets has stains, kettle has dirty water in side it, no complimentary tea bags or coffee.
- bath room very disappointing, towles with stains,shower is not functioning, bath stub is yellow stained, sink tap holder is broken.
- food is extremly poor in quality and varaity, utensils is always wet and dirty, waiters are not polite and talking in loud voices.
-coffee and tea r served in acrylic cups, unidentified, juices are surved in plastic cups which are scratched and foggy.
-we tried having a decent cup of coffee in the lobby cafe and they refused serving us claiming that it will open after an hour, 5 mins later we popped by the security manager breaking the rules by having his coffee there.
-we tried talking to him but he was very rude and impolite

Spacious place with beautiful gardens to wander through, the food was good, the staff were very friendly & helpful, the animation staff were excellent,very active, and will never let you get bored, with various activities through out the day, and different new shows/mini concerts every night, on my birthday i came to the room to find a piece of cake waiting for me :v ,the beach was beautiful, the sea was great, at some point if you get deep enough you will be sitting surrounded by all kinds of fish swimming around you (it had a lot of rocks though, so if you hate stepping on rocks and coral stuff you can forget about the sea and go straight to the pool).
Was definitely a great experience, and will definitely come back again.

after we received them the rooms of 2 hours cleaning is very bad smell !! The shock of this 5-stars hotel when my 15 years old sister got non-stop of nose bleeding we ordered a doctor 3 times!! in the third time they told us go to the pharmacy in front of the hotel and get what u want because the doctor will be late, what the heell are u and ur hotel !!!!! whatever rooms need maintenance, food also was bad, dishes wasn't clean and service is pooooor
+ animation team , wide territory, clean pool and nice beach

Paid wifi hourly, food isn't tasty. When i went to my room my friend found the cup with a lipstick in it (used) plates was scratchy and seemed to be dirty and was sticky the staff is good
I honestly would never recommend this place for anyone. I've heard that this place used to be beautiful but idk what happened :/

Beautiful, luxurious place and polite and smiling staff. Good food with big variety, and nice drinks in the restaurant with a calm atmosphere.

As people said the buffet was not a 5 star hotel buffet at all. There was no food variety especially salads and desserts . There is only one pool functioning .the beach is above average . The Room was okay but bathroom however is not (the door didn't even close properly it scratches the floor and doesn't close) . The shampoo and shower gel are not top quality. Drinks are bad most of the time because they add so much water to it it's not even natural. Room service is bad we asked for a 3to2 prong converter they said buy it from the store next to the reception and when we asked for a luffa sponge it wasn't even available . And the wifi is 5€ per hour and they said it might not reach the rooms very well .That's mostly what I experienced. feel free to add whatever you want .
