Very diappointing hotel. Everything is old here ,furniture,devices, tiles, roomes are very old. The light switches came off the wall in my room when i touched them.
Mini bar is barely working. You have to ask for every thing to get halve what u asked for.
No such thing as room service as there are no soap or towels in my room .tried to call room service many time none is replying
I booked 3 double rooms and i choosed ground level when i was booking as i have old people with me incapable of climbing stairs and i was shocked they gave me rooms at the 3rd level
Nothing is profrssional . No table tools were there for lunch had to pick them from surronding tables as none answered my request
Bathrooms are not healthy ,not clean,no tissues and hand dryers are not working. Upon telling then these facts about toilets they told me to complain to front desk . No one even offered me a tissue.
Trying to charge me extra claiming that the dollar value has gone up . And that is not real.
Di not recommend this hotel to anyone .response / report this review -

It is a nice place, wide enough and a lot of gardens and pools. Food is not bad and service crew during food time is helpful. Beach is closed enough and sandy to sea herbs, the depth is suitable for all.good to swime Close to Teran island 2 .5 k.m . the disadvantages were the stiff receptionists .Clean rooms &W.C,s

I don't know why you go to Egypt. But I very much like Red Sea, sun, good food and a nice room.
The hotel has only one thing. The Sun.
It's only Russians here. That's why quality of everything is deteriorating. Stuff address you way too familiar. No style or class. Music is too loud outside you can hear it at every sea view room!
