Worst food menu I've ever seen. Ni entertainment whatsoever, very uncomfortable beds .

Pros: Nice place and services, perfect location.
Cons: The beach is just a deep rocky area where you'll get to see corals and stuff. And I'm not a big fan of the food they serve.response / report this review -

There's a big language barrier, the staff are very rude, room service is very poor. Not much information given about what to do in Eygpt and where to go. No tour around the place given when check in. For first timers it's very difficult.
I had to figer everything out myself, I wasn't even told how to use transports here. Not very welcoming. Most importantly the Internet connection dose not work in the lobby area at all.Wouldn't come here again.response / report this review -

I went there 2 years before but I remember everything very well. it was an amazing hotel and had everything in it. my parents had a massage done for free. they said it was the best massage they had ever had. the rooms were very nice and comfortable. the bathroom exceeded my expectations as I thought it would only have one shower and would be very small. But, to my surprise, it had a bath and shower and was very large for a hotel room but the bath had dirty water for about five seconds then went clean. the hotel, I think, had about 6 pools, 3 of them were large and the rest were small ones which were located in the old side of the hotel, which I recommend you do not stay in as the new side is far better and the pools on the new side had a pool bar so if you were thirsty and wanted to sit in the pool you could sit there and you would be served. Some other very nice things in the hotel were a disco room some restaurants and also a shop with very eccentric and peculiar items such as oils to stop you from snoring, men give this to your wife who is probably refusing the fact she snores XD. Any way the staff here are extremely kind and don't act professional, they act like they are your friend and are very funny. At night you could enjoy a performance from the animation crew who were very child friendly and they preformed stunts. if you were a very adventurous or had a daughter who loved shopping, then you could go to a place called soho square which had many shopping stores and had an extraordinary fountain which sang and it also had many other things. but don't take all your information from this review, look at the websites for more info. I definitely recommend this place as it has everything, but you must be on the new side and must be all inclusive to enjoy this place fully. this also isn't a hotel which you can stay in for 4 days, its better to stay for longer. i rate this place 4 stars as its very good and has everything. enjoy if youre going there

I decided to review this so I can honestly tell what's good and what isn't.
As an Egyptian I don't get that much respect and service that a foreigner gets which is the worst feeling ever.
Food is not so good but maybe listed as an average. Not recommended for hot-served meals lovers.
Rooms are so comfy, there are a lot of cheque details.
The Beach and the pool are great, But there's always better.
And as a 20 years old who would want to listen to music and dance at night, there weren't any of that here but actually in the " hotel next-door ". You can search for that ;)

Honestly I'm so happy to be here, everything is really excellent Reception was very helpful with help of very nice, friendly and professional manager Mr. Mahmoud El Shabrawy who makes it the greatest check in ever.
I'm here in a very clean room with a lovely comfortable bed and clean bathroom.
If you need a coffe i suggest to drink it looking at pool view you'll really enjoy it 🖒response / report this review -

Good enough only if you're seeking a good pool and a tan. Snorkeling area is really limited to the size of a big pool!
