Disorganised reception staff couldn't get it right from the beginning, the resort itself is amazing in a beautiful location. Breakfast is pretty good

The 5stars are a big lie 3stars are fair to the service and cleanliness of the rooms
The hotel is old no wi-fi in rooms and some room smell very bad not going there again

Awesome place! Great hotel, wonderful territory, nice beach and the magnificent sea! There's a coral reef close to the hotel's beach, so you can explore corals and see quite a few fishes when swimming with the mask.

The worst hotel ever. Service is horrible. Food with no variety, air conditioning is terrible. We went to 5 different rooms before settling. I don't know how it is a 5 star hotel. We went in Ramadan and i think the hotel was not ready for guests.

Hotel is ok, but it doesn't equal 5 stras hotel, maybe 4.
Food is ok, but not very good, best thing is that every evening you could try some meals from the chef and as a rule it's really great!

As with most places in Egypt, don't be fooled by the 5* rating. The resort is not bad by any stretch, but it is old and tired with a 70's style architecture. Frequently doors did not fit in their frames correctly, lights did not work, and the bathroom was infested with ants.
