1- Low Rated Rooms ( as i payed for the sea front room and it has bad furniture).
2- Bad food at the restaurant.
3- Mosquito had eaten my sun (as on pixs) while sleeping in the room.
4- bath & showering equipment are very bad stuff.

Very bad experience, Rooms are not clean, horrible bath room condition, you have to fight to get your room clean, food is averag.
I'll never repeat the visit agai.

I have stayed there for 4 nights and they were the most horrible nights in my entire life!
1) The food is miserable
2) The treatment of the staff members is very rude and unacceptable
3) They water their gardens by sewage water, which released bad smell every time I passed by
4) Housekeeping sucks and unprofessional
5) The rooms were horrible and I had a leakage in the toilet in my bathroom
6) The beach is rocky from the shore till around 750m beyond !
7) The animation team and the parties conducted were on a very low level when compared with those of other hotels and resorts.

I seriously don't know how this hotel is rated with 5 stars!

It's a nice place with amazing view. staff are good and helpful. Food was good. room furniture is clean and comfortable. alot of free activities. Spa massage was amazing experience.it's value is more than the money I paid.

Amazing facilities and good welcoming staff and friendly. The dining hall has good view and well organized. The food is very tasty and chiefs are very kind. Rooms has amazing sea view, the beach is huge and cafes all around. It was amazing experience ever.

Terrible food and service. A.C in my room wasn't working, the mini bar was broken. They're so cheap that they refused to put tea bags in the room and there was a boiler, which didn't make any sense. Water pressure was too low that we couldn't have proper showers.
