It's an amazing hotel with perfect service and wonderful animation. Clean and variaty of food.But you can enter in the sea only from the special bridge, which is very long. If you want to enter from the beach you have to buy a special shoes. Anyway you must buy them!

Great place to stay, great animation and aquapark in addition to that! Very good food which was well cooked. The stuff however were not friendly, especially Mahamaud Shahan who works on reception desk, he was rude and angry. Beside that it's a great place to spend your vacation. Because of stuff problems I giving four stars instead of five.

I spent 8 days in Jan 2017, I had couple of observation that I'd like to share :
On the positive side :
1. Very friendly and helpful staff.
2. Food is good, Very good Chefs and their team as well. it is rare to find many options in an All inclusive as Crepes ; well sized shrimps, Tuna fish.etc
3. New year buffet and Christmas party ( Jan 7th) buffet were extremely good, well prepared, well decorated and many food varieties. Excellent Job.
4. Many pools for kids and aqua parks. Ideal for families with young kids.
5. Good quality of Coffee in the Coffee shop area (espresso)
6. Nice view places in the reception area.
7. Nice and new decor in the reception area.
8. Facilities at the beach is good
9. Multiple swimming pools, one of them was heated. Though temperature needed to be a little bit higher.

On the improvement side :
1. Room furniture is very old
2. Beds are not comfortable; after a couple of nights we started to feel back pains.
3. Plumbing in the bathroom need adjustments. Shower water flow is fluctuating and change from hot to cold sometimes.
4. Very minimal bath towels; shower gels / shampoos provided. (Anyways I 'd recommend to bring your own as the ones provided is not that good)
5. Gym light need to be changed. It is very dim and somber. After investigation, I found that it was a former massage room.
6. I'd suggest to extend the Gym hours till 9 pm instead of 7 pm.

Things to bear in mind:
1. You will have to walk around 500 meters ( 0.5km)from the beach till you reach a place in the sea where you would be able to swim. The water is shallow on the beach. This is common in Nabq Hotels.
2. It was windy during my stay ; I go to Sharm regularly ( at Shark Bay) and it was one of the rare times to get this wind; so I am not sure if it is the hotel location or it is the weather.

Fookin legit hotel bro it was one of a kind. Loved the hotel and the hotel and other stuff in hotel. Loved it a lot. I haven't really been there yet tho so I would luv to go there first before saying anything but still

The hotel is in really quiet area, but it's plenty to do inside. Perfect all-inclusive, staff friendly and it was like everything you could possibly wish for, we loved Italian restaurant, Ms. Gabriella your pizza are gorgeous! Looking forward to my return trip and laying around the gorgeous pools (especially new one)

Loved the hotel. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The pools and restaurants are very clean. We loved the kids pool and the aqua pool as well as snorkelling from the jetty.

The lifeguards at the jetty are very helpful and informative. Looking forward to my stay at this hotel this year.
