Rooms are spacious and standard quality and if you enjoy that Thailand hot as all hell feeling you are going to enjoy these hotel rooms. 30 degrees Celsius in the room during evenings.

The room was clean, spacious and had pretty much everything we needed except tea pot or coffee.
We also used the hairdresser services which was convenient and fast (you need to order in advance)

Excellent location. Really nice and clean room. Some of the house techniques appear to have minor challenges, like getting sufficient water pressure in topmost floor. Very helpful and friendly staff. Really nice breakfast. Enjoyed our stay.

There is a good variety for the continental breakfast, not enough for the sweets. The breakfast room is too small than the quantity of guests. If the breakfast could be able for a 4 stars hotel, the room is not compliant: the bathroom is old and sometimes dirty during the journay; the bed are not comfortable and the temperature is not easily to regulate.

Tallinn City Hotel has a great location next to the Old Town, and while not culturally enticing is a perfectly fine and comfortable hotel. The place is always clean. The staff very courteous. The food is adequate. The sauna is excellent.

Good service and comfortable rooms. The restaurant Semu had tasteful food. Only "complaint" is the poor waterflow in the shower.

Four star hotel, there is bar, night club and restaurant. Hotel is next to Estonia's biggest shopping mall and near old town. Hotelrooms are basic good, but little hot and airless.

Staff pleasant. Room small, comfortable, clean but very noisy and airless (windows don't open). Water in shower was a mere trickle. Breakfast good. Wheelchair access very poor.

Little bit dated hotel. Bed was good though. Had a good night sleep. Breakfast was tasty and there were lots of options. Some of the reception staff did not speak very good English.

Good location. Relatively new and clean. Short staffed in the bar in the evening, in the restaurant during breakfast and in the reception all over. Tasteless and uncharming breakfast, Cafe More across the street is a much better alternative.

Good location. Close to the biggest shopping centre I've ever seen. Close to old town. Nice rooms and overall interior and cool exterior. You know the hotel when you see it!

The location of this hotel is great. Very close to both the old town and the harbour which is perfect in case you want to visit Helsinki while being in Tallin.
Breakfast is good and so is the service.
If you love small cozy hotels don't go here because this hotel is huge.
