Food was fantastic! The bread and butter is homemade and best I’ve tasted. I had the pike perch and it was so light and tasty. Also recommend the baked chocolate cake. Our waitress helped pick a wine which matched our food and it was also wonderful. The only thing which would’ve made it a complete experience would be that the service was quite slow, despite it being quiet and plenty of staff (seemingly). Maybe this is just the Estonian way.

Great restaurant. Nice fresh local flavors, the staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is very nice. We waited quite long time for food but hope it was an exception that day!

Super friendly staff. Great meat and fish dishes. Dessert was not as impressive as the main dish though. Leib (the brown bread) is the Estonian speciality and was very fresh and lovely.

This restaurant is slightly difficult to find, just find stairs that lead into a courtyard behind the houses facing the street.

The food was well prepared, delicious and rich in taste. The desserts were good, the egg yolk dessert was excellent. The service is super!

Very good food. Fantastic atmosphere. Woolly sheep skins on the chairs are a great touch on a chilly Estonian evening. Beer and wine selections are comprehensive. However you'll pay for the experience.

Chosen at random but what a terrific find. Very good food, beautifully presented, regular changes to menu, lots of locally sourced ingredients, highly attentive and efficient staff all talking excellent English. Really enjoyable meal. Extensive wine list with well-trained staff making sure the wine is good enough for them to serve before you do. (Our server declined politely to serve our second bottle as it was found to be corked before decanting.) Definitely one to consider if you're in Tallinn.

Very friendly and helpful servers. All of their recommendations were spot on. Food was outstanding. Everything was very fresh and sourced locally. Menu changes regularly to keep things interesting. For a smaller menu there is still a good variety. Warm, cozy, setting, with a nice atmosphere. Great outdoor seating for when the weather is warm enough. Service was fast. I highly recommend eating here. Make reservations. This place gets busy in the evening and can be tough to get into. Unless you want to eat early.

Very interesting and tasteful cuisine, super fresh and local ingredients. There is a concept, and the service team is really friendly and effective. The menu is kept short: always a good sign! Would definitely recommend it!

One of my favorite places in Tallinn. Menu changes regularly. Service is great and fast. Kitchen accommodates special dietary restrictions really well. Love their black bread crumb ice cream the most.

A must visit restaurant. First the food in Tallinn is amazing and Leib is no exception. Creative menus and interesting flavors. The staff here is amazing and really friendly. The space is unique and provides a nice relaxed atmosphere for guest. Tucked away away from the street and gives an off the beaten path vibe. The wine selection is wonderful. I enjoyed a nice bottle of Shiraz. The quality of the asparagus soup is wonderful. Rich flavor. The quail dish was lovely. Good size portions. The creme brûlée is a great option for desert.
