Absolutely horrible experience. We booked a room in Sonesta upon reading good reviews, but unfortunately our experience was very negative from the beginning. When we entered the room the carpet was clearly dirty and musty and had not been cleaned. It was a room with two full size beds. My wife had the sense to lift up the blankets on her bed and noticed that her sheets were not clean. I reassured her that it was a great hotel, but I neglected to check my bed which I would share with my 7 year old son. When we woke up the next morning, my son was covered in flea bites, and when I took a closer look at the sheets, I noticed black spots as well as spots of blood. The worst part of all was the way that the management handled the situation. They came to the room to "inspect" only to tell us why it was not their fault. My wife is a doctor and clearly knows blood when she sees it. She also thinks that the bites might be SCABIES because of the linear pattern. Instead of offering a full refund, we were only offered a small fraction of a refund which won't come close to covering the cost of my son's antibiotics. DO NOT STAY HERE! ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE SMALL CHILDREN !!!!!

Good Sunday buffet. Service was prompt and friendly parking is in parking garage fir $1.25 an hour unless you get your ticket validated. There was a variety of foods. The presentation beautiful. I would have liked if there were more options. Drinks are not included.

Great hotel, budget friendly for to be 4 -star. Rooms are spacious and enough for a night stay and up to a week. Bathrooms are small, but have all things needed. Rooms have the usual safe box and mini bar, as well as ironing and television. The elevator lift service is the only disadvantage, it takes long and is inefficient with passengers going up or down.

Noisy hotel Loud parties in any day of the week. If you like peace this hotel is not for you. They don't care about neighbours or hotel guests noise-wise. Don't recommend.

Love the sauna and the swimming pool in this place. Waiters are not very kind and the buffet in the restaurant is poor and slow service !

Very classy hotel. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. The staff are courteous and helpful. The hotel has direct access to Mall de Sol, so you can go shopping or have dinner at a fine restaurant.

Service was great the amenities and the easy ways to go shopping are excellent, the only negative was the rooms were better if they were built sound proof because the room next to me were loud and noisy, but everything else it was ok

I enjoyed the time I spent here. The rooms are so comfortable. The american breakfast included it's also really good. However, if you want to have a pleasant and quiet night you better go for the higher floors otherwise the music from the bar is not going to let you rest. I had that issue and they kindly offered me to be moved to a higher floor.
