Nice hotel located a 3$ uber ride away from the airport. Hotel also has an airport shuttle that runs every hour. But if you don't mind the wait take an uber. Rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast in the morning was traditional Ecuadorian food. Located close to a mall and supermarket.

My husband and I been there twice. First time was good but this second time it wasn't. I got there with my 1 year old baby and with 3 big suitcases and nobody helped me to bring them inside. Also when finally made it to my room the key wasn't working. So I did complain to the manager and she just gave an apology but that is it! I don't think an apology will make a customer happy specially after all that stuff that I went through. So after telling her that I will give a bad review to the hotel she finally gave me free breakfast. I think if you are paying over $100 per night in a hotel you deserve good service and yes sometimes stuff like this can happen but a least offer your best to make that customer happy, don't wait for the customer to argue because after all that customer is paying good money for good service!

Nice, friendly, cozy, very familiar.
Nice hot tube (remember to inform one hour early to let hotel's concierge to warm it up).
Gym a little bit old.
They have also one bedroom and two bedrooms condos for long time stay (for 2 bedrooms condo, remember to reserve with anticipation)response / report this review -

Nice hotel.
I stayed here one night but the suit was very confortable. The only problem is that is separated from the Hotel itself so you have to go out trough the street to have breakfast, for example.
The view.is ok.
The flat was very good illuminated. The breakfast was too crowd and there was not enough tables for all the people at that time. Different options of juices, fruits, bread. There was even a couple the "chefs" to prepare eggs and omelet. That was nice!
My room had a water leaks in the bathroomnot nice at all.

Excellent location. Buffet breakfast was very good. Had issues with bed size and incorrect billing which were not remedied.
