  Nice place to stay at Guayaquil, less than 10 minutes walking from Malecon 2000. Grata staff, good breakfast, big double room.

  Not sure why this is called 2-star accommodation. I stayed here and also had a look at 3 other (apparently 4-stars) hotels and apartments and this was definitely the best one! Very clean and modern with wooden flooring and nicely sized bathrooms with good showers. The rooms are cleaned daily, sparkling clean (which is hard to find in Ecuador). They also serve a good breakfast. Friendly service and some English. Good WiFi. Yes, street noise can be heard in the rooms facing the street but that's usual in this part of the world. Overall highly recommended!

  Staff is wonderful and location is great for sight seeing. On a loud street and kind of hard to find.

  Excelente servicio, habitación confortable y con todas las comodidades de un hotel de lujo, desayuno muy bueno, y la ubicacion esta excelente en el centro de la ciudad cerca del malecón, y todo a muy buen precio.
