Antisana Volcano 1 day tour.
We had a wonderfull day with our eminent guide Francisco and a beautifull hike on one of the good trails by the lake (lagoon). Magnificent scenery, wildlife animals and birds. We also had a delicous lunch with 4 courses at a small restaurant in the neighbourhood of the national park. We did not see all the tops of the volcanos, but we still had a perfect day. Thanks a lot. I had great experiences with Latin Adventures.
They quickly reply to your emails and questions.
Possible to order trips in advance and pay by card. Or on the day itself by cash.
The information is clear and if not, clarified with good manners.
Maybe the only organization that really helps you out with good solo tours, as most operators only have tours for 2 pax and up.
At least they still give you way better prices as solo traveller, than the competition.
Had 4 different tours with them, and not a single negative remark.

We recently used Latin Adventures for a trip to the Center of the Earth and Mindo Cloud Forest. They arrived late. When we stopped at the middle of the earth they said we could only take pictures from the parking lot and could not go inside to see the monumnet. Their Tripadvisor page that we booked clearly states that we would stop there for pictures. I assumed that this meant we would be at the monument and not the parking lot. I was wrong. They don't take you to the monument only the parking lot. They then showed up 40 minutes late to pick us up from an activity when they said they would be there before we were done and ultimately extended the tour from 8 hours to 11 without asking. They assumed that we would want more time, but we had dinner arrangements that evening which we missed.
The final issue that I had was they were using this trip for marketing photos and videos, but did not ask us before we got in the van. It took us saying three times that we did not want to be in their marketing material for them to finally stop taking pictures of our family.
I provided a review on Tripadvisor and the Director replied stating that I was confused, I provided consent, and basically stating that everything they did was great and I was wrong. Great customer service. Be aware of using companies that only care about getting paid. Who really wants to go to the parking lot next tot he center of the earth. We toured Quito and the surrounding area with our tour guide Ivan Wilson. Outstanding tour guide! Very knowledgeable and passionate about his country. If you have limited time in Ecuador or an extended-stay, he is the guide to ask for. He speaks Engliish very well which made this gringoista very happy.
