nice boutique hotel. Just a few rooms. The area this hotel is in, is very safe. We later stayed down town, which made me appreciate this location even more. You can walk to several restaurants for lunch or dinner.

The rooms are quiet and quaint. We had two rooms and both were very nice. The staff is helpful and speaks decent English.

Excelente opcion ubicado en EntreRios, via a Samborondon, cerquita de todo, cmo para salir a recorrer los centros comerciales. aunque lo ideal seria descansar en el hotel, con lindos ambientes, es pequeño, pero super acogedor. Las habitaciones comodas, incluyen desayuno con varias salitas apropiadas para una tertulia y disfrurtar del clima guayaquileño. Además te ofrecen varios tipos de tour de acuerdo a tu gusto y actvidades.

I made my reservation time ahead from Miami, and when I arrived they did not have any reservation under my name, it was 12am and they took me to a suite some other building that they never cleaned or change sheets for a whole week neither they change towels, not a TV

My late arriving flight was delayed so my fiance and I were tired and hungry when we arrived. We were greeted warmly and shown to our very spacious room. We ordered something to eat and a couple glasses of wine and it arrived promptly at our room. The bathroom was very clean and nice, but there was no toilet paper! When we woke the following morning we enjoyed the beautiful courtyard from our second floor balcony then went downstairs for breakfast. The food was good and the fresh juices were outstanding.

I'm not very familiar with Guayaquil but I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport, Upon leaving the airport it was nice to arrive after a very short taxi trip. Our plans were to leave early after one night, but I would certainly strongly consider this hotel for a longer stay.
