  Un lugar paradisiaco. La vista de las habitaciones al cráter del Pululahua son excepcionales. Las habitaciones de primera. El restaurante hermoso y la calidad de la comida y la atención impecables. Ideal para una escapada de fin de semana en un rincón del paraíso.

  This hotel is so underrated and probably should be in one of the those "most beautiful hotels with a view" lists.
  
  I went to Ecuador with some friends from New York to visit the Galapagos Islands as one of our 'bucket list' trips. When planning this trip, we decided to make a 6 day stop in Quito before our cruise to the islands, to visit the colonial downtown and Andean towns around the Cordillera. We made reservations at a 3 star hotel in Quito and some haciendas near Otavalo and Cotopaxi. The haciendas were dreamy, perfect for one night. But after one night in Quito's Mariscal hotel (think staying at the main strip in Las Vegas) we looked up for a new place and we came across this magnificent hotel-spa-restaurant up on the hill with the view of a real volcano crater (don't expect to see lava, it's filled with fog!).
  
  The owners himself greeted us at our arrival and offered us some delicious plantain empanadas and a mix fruit smoothie. The service was warm and personalized and the food was exquisite. Cosy indeed!
  
  We stayed there for there nights and used this amazing spot as out base point to visit the rainforest, Mindo, and Pichincha.
  
  Best choice ever. I definitely recommend this place!

  No me gustó, de primeras nos discriminaron y no nos dejaron entrar porque es privado y sólo para clientes. Por lo cual no recomiendo ir a éste lugar. Pésima atención. Que el público es en el mirador.

  Llegamos con mi novia tipo 6pm, a pesar de que la neblina ocultaba casi toda la vista que se aprecia desde allí, se lo veía espectacular al lugar, al entrar al hotel, en la habitación había calefacción así que eso me agradó mucho por el frío que hacía afuera, tenía dos grandes ventanas a los dos extremos de la habitación pero la neblina tapaba todo, nos dijeron que en la mañana siempre está despejado y así fue, la vista era espectacular.
  
  En el restaurante todos fueron muy amables y nos atendieron de manera correcta, sintiéndonos cómodos durante nuestra estancia. La comida estaba excelente, una buena decoración, dándole un buen ambiente al lugar.
  
  En resumen fue una gran experiencia, de seguro volveremos esperando poder ir al cráter del volcán.

  This hotel was amazing! My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed the property. It is tucked into the mountainside about 7km from the Equator. The view from the bed - looking out at all the mountains and volcanoes - can't be topped. Beautiful room, wonderful and accommodating staff, quiet surroundings, hot water (!), delicious foodthe list could go on. I originally had a room booked in Quito but at the last minute changed my mind to this place. I'm so glad I did. It was well worth it. Thank you to the staff who made our stay so fantastic. We miss Ecuador already!

  Me encanto comer en su restaurant la comida es muy rica y la atencion es muy personalizada, la vista es simplemente espectacular si no te toca mucha neblina
