  This place is amazing! Went there 3 consecutive times in 3 days. The activities are very relaxing and the workers there always make sure you are taken care of, very polite, and attentive

  Amazing experience at El Refugio! Walked the relaxing grass path before my massage to clear my mind. Massage was great and helped ease my muscles after being in a car for 6 hours. After I was given yummy pineapple & herb tea. I definitely reccomend.

  Very relaxing. Little bit more expensive then in Baños centre but worth it. Steam bath wit eucalyptus was the best value for money.

  I had a wonderful time today at El Refugio in Baños de Agua Santa. Everybody was fantastic, incredibly nice and helpful at that! The owner even gave me some tips to deal with a health problem I was having here in Ecuador. The massage was top notch and couldn't give it any less than 5 stars. If you're in Baños this is the place to go to relax and forget about everything.
