  Great hotel close to the city center in Baños. Swimming pool, sauna, pingpong table all included. And amazing food and service!

  All of the facilities claimed are in need of some restoration which was true of our room too. Perfectly functional but looking a bit old and battered, the disused giant snake slide into the outdoor pool is an indication of a hotel that knows it is past its best. None the less a very pleasant stay with charming staff and exciting activities in baños.

  Fun and Beautiful! I love this place and it's feel and location. Baños is beautiful and Casa Giralda made my trip even better. It's close to town but far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle. The view is great and the people are friendly.

  El mobiliario de las habitaciones es un poco antiguo. Hubiera preferido algo ubicado más cerca del centro de Baños. Aunque los empleados fueron siempre muy amables y serviciales.

  Mi familia y yo (30personas) nos alojamos desde le 25 al 28 de diciembre del 2016. Todo estuvo impecable, el desayuno delicioso, la atención del personal muy cálida y pronta. Por supuesto que volveremos
